Information we collect

We do not operate an on-site enquiry form. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use analytics software such as Google Analytics.

Our web server automatically records standard access logs — including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited — as part of normal hosting operations. This data is held by our hosting provider and is not used by us to identify individuals.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser information as a standard part of that request. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store any data from these requests.

How we use your information

We use the personal information you share with us only to respond to your enquiry and handle any subsequent booking process. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where a booking proceeds through a recommended planner or vendor, relevant details may be shared with those parties to the extent necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
